We're delighted to announce the birth of our daughter, Dahlia Emi Karch. Dahlia is named after her late paternal grandmother, and her middle name means blessings and beauty in Japanese. She was born on Oct 14th at 2:47pm. She came in at 7lbs, 2 ounces and 20.5 inches. We are puzzled by the origins of her reddish/brown hair, but everybody is doing well.
