Keeping Busy in March

March has been a very busy time, with visitors, a sick spell for Dahlia, and long hours at the office (for mom). While it has taken some time to update the blog, rest assured that Dahlia has been keeping busy!

Dahlia and Soren met for a playdate at the park. In this picture, they're enjoying one of Dahlia's favorite activities. Dahlia loves to play in sandboxes, and she seems to come home from school every day with sand in her shoes and in her diaper. Her parents love to vacuum the floor daily!

Another one of Dahlia's favorite activities is eating. Here she's enjoying a nice home-cooked meal:

When you're as busy as Dahlia is, sometimes it's necessary to multi-task:

One of Dahlia's new words is "at" (hat). Just about anything can be worn as a hat, but here she decided to fit in with the locals. Yee-haw!

Dahlia also celebrated Purim (sort of a Jewish Halloween) in March. She went to the Purim carnival at the JCC, where she enjoyed another concert by the Biscuit Brothers.

The DJ at the Purim carnival gave away free hats. Dahlia and Soren enjoyed playing with them:

The next day, Dahlia's school had a Purim parade. Dahlia wore the same ladybug costume that she'd worn for Halloween:

Have you ever seen a ladybug wearing a yellow top hat? You have now!
