And in the blink of an eye, the 2008 version of the Yamada Family Vacation trip came to an end. The entire family boarded a tiny plane to leave the island of Vieques. Dahlia's dad was especially happy not to take the ferry again:
The Yamadas were about two-thirds of the passengers on the (full) flight. Let's just say that the plane was a little cozy:
At fourteen months of age, Dahlia is quite an accomplished traveler. With nine trips (and over 30 flights!) under her belt she is probably better traveled than the average American. Dahlia makes it look easy, but all that globe trotting is hard work. Sometimes it can get a little tiring:
